COPE

COPE stands for Confidential Online Psychological Evaluations. It is a program designed to provide mental health assistance to soldiers and their families via the telephone and internet. COPE believes by delivering services through these modes, we can reduce the stigma associated with mental health assistance. We also recognize that for many soldiers and their family members, especially those that live in areas where counselors are in short supply, accessing professional help via the telephone or internet may be the only realistic means available.

Our goal at COPE is simple. We want to help our soldiers and their families cope with the traumas of War, as well as provide effective strategies for reintegration on the home front. All of the counselors working to achieve this goal are master level counselors who are volunteering their time and expertise. They understand that our soldiers and their families have sacrificed much in fulfilling their duty to our country. For our counselors, donating their services is a giving gesture to those who've sacrificed so much.
